What's the difference between you and a personal trainer?If you have had a personal trainer before you will know that what most trainers do is give you a basic nutrition plan and coach you inside the gym for the hour you're with them. But what happens when you're outside of the gym? They don't text you to make sure you're following the nutrition plan. They don't find places for you to eat out at restaurants. They don't create specialized at-home workouts. Our program is like having a personal trainer, nutritionist, mindset coach, accountability partner & concierge all in one. We can pick menu items for you when you're going out to eat so you always make healthy choices. We create workouts for you based on where you are. We work through your mindset blocks so healthy habits become a part of your identity. We hold you highly accountable and coach you through text and phone to make sure you're staying on the plan.
