Questions
If it isn't here, email me and I'll answer it properly.
The Missing Piece is £999 for three months, which works out at about £333 a month. That's nutrition and lifestyle coaching, for people who already train.
The Full Monty is £1,799 for six months, about £300 a month. Same thing with training built in, pointed at one specific goal.
Both are one-to-one with me. No assistants, no app you get handed and left with.
No, and it's the main thing I won't budge on.
A month is long enough to lose a bit of weight and not nearly long enough to change anything that lasts. You'd get a result and then watch it go, which is the exact cycle you're probably trying to get out of.
It isn't just my opinion either. NICE guidance says weight management programmes should run for at least three months. Three is the floor, not the target.
The guarantee covers the first 90 days. Show up, do the work, follow the plan, and if you haven't seen measurable progress you get your money back.
Beyond that, if something genuinely changes in your life, talk to me. I'm not interested in holding anyone to a contract they can't use.
We agree what "progress" means for you at the start, in numbers, so there's nothing to argue about later.
If you've held up your end and those numbers haven't moved in 90 days, I refund you. No awkward conversation.
To be clear about what it is and isn't: it's a promise about my work, not a promise that you'll get a particular result. Nobody can honestly guarantee that.
Most plans don't fail because the plan was wrong. They fail because nobody was there in week six when work went sideways and the plan stopped fitting.
That's the actual job. A call every week, and you can message me in between. When your week changes, the plan changes with it, instead of you quietly falling off it.
For The Missing Piece, no. You're already training somewhere, and I'm not touching that side.
For The Full Monty we build around whatever you've actually got. A commercial gym, a bench and some dumbbells in the spare room, a hotel gym for half the month. I'd rather write a programme you'll do than one that needs equipment you don't have.
A good chunk of my clients are in exactly that position. It's one of the reasons the whole thing is online.
Calls move when your week moves. And a plan that only works in a normal week isn't much use to someone who doesn't have normal weeks, so we build for the messy version from the start.
No. Strength, muscle and body composition respond to training and food at every age.
If anything, this group often moves faster than expected. The gap usually isn't effort, it's that nobody's ever shown them what to prioritise.
No, and The Full Monty exists for exactly this. You get the training as well as the food side, so you're not guessing in the gym while also trying to change how you eat.
Nothing gets thrown at you all at once. We work in the order that makes sense for where you're starting.
Yes, entirely. A video call every week, and WhatsApp in between for anything that comes up - a menu you're staring at, a bad week, a question about a workout.
It means we can work together wherever you are, and it means the messy real-life questions get answered when they happen rather than saved up for a session.
One call a week, plus messages when you need them.
The changes themselves are built to fit the week you already have. If a plan needs you to cook four times a day and spend two hours in the gym, it isn't a plan, it's a fantasy about a different life.
Not in the rigid seven-day sense, and that's deliberate. Those work fine until the first time you eat out, travel, or just don't fancy what's on the list for Tuesday.
What you get instead is protocols built around the food you actually eat, so you can make decisions yourself in a restaurant or a supermarket without needing to check with me first.
Some people do, some people never touch a tracker. It depends entirely on what suits you and what we're working towards.
Tracking is a tool, not the point. If it helps you it stays; if it makes you miserable it goes.
I read every application myself, usually within a couple of days, and I reply either way.
If it looks like a fit we get on a call for twenty minutes. Free, no pitch. We work out what's going on and whether I'm the right person for it. If I'm not, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
Because I coach everyone myself. Every call, every message, every plan.
Five is what I can take on and still do properly. Taking more would mean handing you to someone else or doing a worse job, and I'm not interested in either.
Yes, and plenty of my clients are.
I work alongside your GP or consultant, never instead of them. If your doctor has given you guidance, that takes priority and we build around it.
Just mention it on your application so we start in the right place rather than discovering it in week three.
I coach nutrition, training and lifestyle - which are the things that influence those numbers.
What I don't do is diagnose or treat anything. I'm not a doctor and I won't pretend otherwise. Plenty of clients come with recent blood results and a target from their GP, and we work towards it with their doctor still in the loop.
I don't run them myself, but I can tell you which panels are actually worth doing and where to get them if you'd rather go private than wait on a GP.
I'm also qualified to read them. Bring results from your GP or a private lab and we'll go through what they mean for your food, training and sleep, and where there's genuinely room to move.
What I won't do is diagnose anything. If something on a panel needs a doctor, I'll tell you to go and see one.

Before all that I spent years as Head of Operations in Formula 1, fintech and fitness startups, which is mostly relevant because it means I understand the kind of week most of my clients are having.
Ask me directly at hello@healthiersapiens.com, or put your question on the application and we'll cover it on the call.
